Cooling Tower Water Treatment

Our complete water treatment and Legionella treatment programmes are designed to prevent scale, corrosion, suspended solids and microbiological fouling by determining the correct treatment methods for the local conditions.
Our range of products for cooling tower condenser water applications has been increased with new products, specifically designed to give outstanding performance, control and flexibility in choice of application.


Bacteriological Analysis

A full range of bacteriological analysis is offered to assist in the control of Legionnaires disease from Legionella disease from Legionella identification to a full bacteriological report detailing potable quality to EC Guideline (80/778 EC).

All samples will be analysed in accordance with recognised test methods and by UKAS accredited laboratories.

Service In accordance with our own Quality Management System, which has now achieved registration to the newest BS EN ISO 9001 standard, we place great emphasis on the service aspect of a water treatment programme. Regular service visits ensure that your plant is benefiting from the tailored water treatment programme, operating efficiently and receiving the correct application of treatment chemicals in the most economical manner and minimising the risk of Legionnaires disease.

On site fully trained representatives, using standard titration and colourmetric techniques, will undertake analysis and monitoring of our water treatment programmes.

A complete range of test kits for site use is available together with site training.

A detailed Cooling Tower & Domestic Water Services Record File to conform to the Legionella treatment requirements of the HSC Approved Code of Practice & Guidance (L8) document and is placed on site, which will ensure compliance with all Statutory Guidelines for water risk assessment record keeping.

Steam Boiler Water Treatment

Our complete steam boiler and water softener treatment programmes are designed to prevent scale, corrosion, suspended solids and carryover, by determining the correct treatment methods for the local conditions.
Our range of products for the treatment of steam boilers, are specifically designed to give outstanding performance and control in order to perform to the highest standard. All steam boiler programmes are designed to comply with BS2486 the treatment of land steam boilers
