Howlett Associates’ unique Legionella Compliance App is the newest addition to our water hygiene services. The Legionella Compliance App is a user friendly mobile app for our electronic Legionella compliance log book which provides instant access for our clients to monitor and obtain reports and documents, resulting from in house and specialist contractor PPM site visits. The App allows the customers, technicians and staff to fully interact and use data capture to contribute along with the specialist providers to the cloud based Legionella compliance log book where all records for your water systems are stored safely and instantly accessible.

CAPTURE : The LCApp uses the most up to date technology to create an intuitive and easy to use electronic logbook. This 100% customisable app can suit the features most necessary to you. Scheduled ppm tasks will allow the engineer to capture field data as well as detail asset management for Legionella control.

COMPLY : All information received to the cloud is under remote online monitoring and therefore checked for compliance against HSG274 guidelines with customizable out of spec reporting. Individual assets reporting and monitoring provides analysis for diagnosis of trends.

MANAGE & SHARE : Results, reports and assessments are passed through to a real time overview where users have complete visibility of any information recorded. Overdue ppm’s will create reminders so that a visit is never lapsed. As well as the engineers, users can use the app to comment on visits or results that are displayed. Automatic alerts will be raised from any non compliant reports, these out of spec results can then responded to or allocated for action as they occur.
